Dr. Counselman has employed hundreds of employees over the years and has insisted on always being the primary interviewer for all positions within his companies - from the janitor to the CEO. He has interviewed thousands of potential employees. He still does all the hiring for every position within his companies.
A 3-time author, Dr. Counselman likes to spend his spare time teaching and writing primarily on the topic of hiring good employees and how to get hired and then remaining a valuable and viable employee.
